Harvard comes to Holon Part II
Join us for a night of science as Harvard Medical School Professor and Holon advisor Dr Michael Ferguson sits down with our founder Josh to discuss his latest research in neuroscience, spirituality and human wellbeing. We will explore new neurotechnologies for mental health, the science of spiritual practice, his latest insights on sleep science and much more!
Please note: this event will replace our Deep Rest workshop on Saturday, which has been postponed until a later date.
