This is your invitation to take a breath — and hit reset.

Join me for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating workshop designed to help you:

• Let go of what’s weighing you down (mentally, emotionally, energetically)
• Set clear, powerful intentions for the life you actually want to create
• Experience hypnosis in a calm, safe space that helps you access deep healing
• Reconnect with your inner wisdom and future self
• Learn a practical tool you can use again and again to feel better fast

You’ll start by getting clear on what you’re ready to release — and what you’re ready to welcome in.

Then I’ll guide you through a gentle, transformative hypnosis session to shift what’s keeping you stuck on an unconscious level.

Afterwards, you’ll enjoy tea, coffee, cake and real connection with like-minded souls (because community heals too).

We’ll finish with a powerful visualisation exercise to help your mind lock in the vision for your next chapter — and the confidence to move towards it.

• Feel lighter, clearer and more aligned
• Take real steps toward the version of you that feels magnetic, powerful and at peace
