Glasgow's favourite paint-and-sip pottery studio is heading to one of the city’s most exciting new venues for a night of nostalgia, mystery, and creativity.
On Wednesday 18th June The Craft Pottery will take over Through the House, a new café in the City Centre, for a special Twin Peaks themed pottery night from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Prices start at £24 per person and includes themed stencils, your chosen pottery piece, all materials, glazing and firing – plus a drink from Through the House’s carefully curated menu.
More than just a chance to get crafty, the night pays tribute to one of television’s most influential and artistically daring series. Created by the late David Lynch, who passed away in January this year, Twin Peaks is the cult show that helped redefine TV storytelling. Lynch’s obsession with “seeing paintings move” and his surreal, reality-twisting style continues to influence film, games, and drama today.
The Craft Pottery and Through the House invite fans to celebrate that legacy in true Lynchian style. With mauve walls, a central disco ball and vinyl turntables, the café’s dreamy, offbeat interior feels like the Red Room reimagined – the perfect setting for an atmospheric night of creativity.
Beth Hoad, Studio Director at The Craft Pottery, said: “Twin Peaks has such a distinctive, stylish world – a little eerie, a little kitsch, and super creative. Through the House already feels like it belongs in that universe, so we’re really excited to bring it all together.”
Known for working with Glasgow favourites like Thomson’s Coffee, Big Bear Bakery and Doh! doughnuts, Through the House has quickly earned a reputation as one of the city’s most welcoming and creative spaces.
Spaces are limited and demand is expected to be high. Whether you're a lifelong Lynch fan or just looking for a stylish night out with a twist, this one-off event promises a little mystery, a lot of charm, and a chance to take home your own piece of Twin Peaks-inspired art.
To book, call 0141 243 2823 or text 07826 274 598 with your full name, 'Twin Peaks', and the number of guests.
