IN THE CITY at Barrowland Park Glasgow, on August Bank Holiday weekend, Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th August.
This two-day event is more than just a music festival, it’s an unmissable celebration of Glasgow’s UNESCO City of Music status and it’s vibrant and creative culture in one of its most exciting community spaces, Barrowland Park at the gateway to Glasgow’s music quarter.
IN THE CITY will celebrate Glasgow’s deep musical roots by merging some of the biggest artists and DJ’s from BBC Radio 6, world music and hip hop, while amplifying the volume on homegrown local talent, straight from the streets of G1.
Artists performing include: The Sugarhill Gang, Daddy G, James Lavelle, Jazzy B, Don Letts, The Furious Five, Huey Morgan, Coco Maria, SLY, Electric Eliminator, Dj Snafu, Manifesto Of Bliss plus more TBA
