Come along to our sessions and celebrate our journey to Taekwondo International World Championships 19th-20th July @ Braehead arena. And celebrate Glasgow's 850th birthday.
Mix of patterns - Sparring- fitness- padwork- mindset- etiquette-healthy lifestyle - what it takes for everyday people to become top athletes!
