Step back in time at one of Glasgow's oldest houses - Provan Hall. Outside there'll be birds of prey, reflecting the history of the medieval hunting grounds which once surrounded this house, and inside, enjoy music in this renaissance mansion lived in my one of Mary, Queen of Scots' most senior privy counsellors. With trails and craft activities for kids, and herbal recipe demonstrations in the historic vaulted kitchen, this is a chance to discover a truly special building in the history of this great city, which has been standing for 500 of Glasgow's 850 years.

This event is supported by Glasgow 850.
