From Tuesday 12th of August, join us in The Grosvenor Picture Theatre to celebrate one of the most influential movements in cinema. Explore the early roots of horror and fantasy in this season of German Expressionist films.
Featuring The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, The Golem, and Vampyr, these ground-breaking movies from the 1920s and 30s laid the groundwork for modern horror and continue to inspire filmmakers today.
Additional Dates: 19 August 2025, 26 August 2025
