This special one-off session includes a 30-minute sound bath using soft, baby-appropriate instruments and tones, followed by time to enjoy a herbal tea and connect with other parents in a relaxed, supportive space.
Sound baths can support:
• Nervous system regulation
• Bonding and co-regulation
• Lowered stress and anxiety
• A sense of calm and connection — for both of you
You’re welcome to lie down, sit, stand, feed, cuddle or sway. This is a casual, baby-led environment where crying, feeding and wriggling are part of the experience.
Designed for parents and pre-crawling babies.
A sound bath for older children is coming soon.
Spaces are limited. Early booking is recommended.
