Intuitive Group Emotional Release: Healing Through Shared Expression, at YAMA Studios, Glasgow

What to Expect

Each session is guided by the energy that arises in the room, and the emotional process unfolds based on the unique shares and needs of the group in the moment. As people share, I intuitively guide the group through various practices that support emotional release, such as:

Breathwork to open channels and release tension
Sound and toning to amplify emotional energy
Movement to release stored emotions in the body
Energy work to help move stuck emotions or memories
Group resonance, where the collective energy amplifies and supports individual breakthroughs
There are no expectations for how you should feel or express yourself.

This is about meeting the emotions that are present in your body right now and allowing them to move through you.

How It Works: The Power of Shared Expression

Each person’s share influences the emotional current of the group. When one person expresses something that’s alive in them—whether it's joy, anger, grief, or liberation—it can spark a deep resonance in others. We are all deeply interconnected, and often what one person is moving through is something the whole group is also carrying, even if unconsciously.

This shared emotional journey can create profound breakthroughs:

Witnessing others’ vulnerability invites our own.
Expressing our emotions allows others the space to do the same.
Tuning into the group’s collective energy allows us to intuitively move through our own process with greater ease.
What You’ll Experience

Emotional Unfolding: Each session holds space for emotions to rise organically. You may feel sadness, joy, rage, or relief—whatever is present in the moment.
Connection: You’ll experience the deep medicine of being witnessed by others in your rawness and vulnerability. This creates an atmosphere of compassion and solidarity, helping you feel less isolated in your process.
Intuitive Guidance: As a facilitator, I remain attuned to the collective energy and will offer intuitive guidance, practices, or interventions to help release pent-up emotions, soften defenses, and support emotional breakthroughs.
Transformation: Over time, the group energy shifts as more people release, allowing for a powerful process of emotional and energetic cleansing. What might feel stuck or overwhelming at the beginning of the session can transform into clarity, lightness, or peace.
Why We Do This

When we allow ourselves to be present with our emotions—without judgment, without shame, and without the need to fix—we open up the possibility for deep healing. By sharing this space together, we tap into a collective wisdom and strength that empowers each of us to move through emotional blocks, release what no longer serves us, and step more fully into our authentic selves.

In these gatherings, you’re not alone. Your emotions matter. Your healing matters. And the group is here to help you feel, express, release, and be held in the process.
