This exclusive five-course dinner showcases the bold, fresh flavours of New Zealand cuisine, perfectly matched with premium wines selected by our expert sommelier. From the ocean’s bounty to the richness of lamb and the sweetness of pavlova, each course is a celebration of Kiwi excellence.

Menu Highlights Include:

Canapés & Champagne – A sparkling welcome
Green-Lipped Mussels Marinière – With warm ale foam & pickled onions
New Zealand Lamb Rump – Served with braised heritage carrots, yoghurt purée & pesto
Hokey Pokey Pavlova – A playful twist on a national treasure
Artisan Cheese Selection – With chutney, jelly & biscuits

Guests are welcome to arrive from 7:30pm, with dinner service beginning at 8:00pm, once everyone has settled in. This will be a relaxed and informal evening with no set end time, feel free to stay and enjoy more drinks after dinner service. Please note, that food service is expected to last approximately 2.5 hours.
