The Nature & Power Of Our Mind
A Meditation Course with Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Varahi
Saturday 15th November, 10am – 1.30pm

Our happiness and suffering are parts of our mind, joyful or unpleasant feelings. Since happiness and suffering are parts of the mind, if we want to avoid suffering and find true happiness, we need to understand the nature and function of the mind.

In this course we will explore the nature of our mind, its power to create all experiences and objects, and how to control and harness it to create only happiness.

Everyone is welcome to join us for this inspirational event.
