The perfect winter self-check in, to help create balance in your mind and body.
This is a mixed levels Hatha class and those that are new to yoga are welcome.
Koko studio fits around 8 people so classes will be small and friendly. It is on the 5th floor and there is lift access. There are a few steps to the lift and access to the wheelchair lift up these steps can be pre-arranged - just let me know.
As it gets darker and colder, it’s time to get cosy! In this 60 minute class we will move mindfully to release tension and gain awareness of our breath. I will lead you through a gentle sequence with options throughout, so you can make your yoga practice your own. We will stretch, strengthen and breath to balance the mind and body. Take time to tend to yourself before the busy festive season arrives.
Open to those who have a yoga practice and those interested in one. Pay what you can on a sliding scale £5-15.
Wear something comfortable! Mats will be provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts to allow for time to settle in.
