Join us for a screening of “Three Words for Forest” & outdoor workshop exploring how forests adapt to climate change
THREE WORDS FOR FOREST – SCREENING AND WORKSHOP, 4 DEC, 11am - 3pm
How are trees, woodlands and forests adapting to climate change—and what are our roles in this? How do we live and work with trees - and how might we in the future?
Join us for a screening of Three Words for Forest, a powerful new verbatim play created by Rachel Clive, Dee Heddon and a creative team at the University of Glasgow. The piece draws on the words and experiences of over 30 forestry practitioners, scientists and policy-makers to share deep insights and ask urgent questions about our changing relationships with forests. The screening is followed by an outdoor workshop engaging with some of the topics raised in the film. Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Pace of walking will be slow, and on even ground, but please dress for the weather.
Meet at Golf It! The glass building on the left as you enter the Golf It complex. 1240 Cumbernauld Rd, Glasgow G33 1AH.
