Our intention is to hold space for you, to come home to yourself. We offer an array of nurturing and inclusive yoga and pilates classes.

At Meridian, we believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing, with offerings extended out to shamanic healing, reiki, shamanic circles and soundbaths.

Located in the heart of Glasgow's East End, we operate from Crownpoint Studios, which hosts a variety of creative businesses and artists. Meridian Yoga lies between Dennistoun and Bridgeton. It's in a central location which can be easily accessed by other parts of the city and surrounding areas. There's free on street parking and we're a 5 minute walk from Bridgeton and Bellgrove train stations. Meridian is also well linked to M74, M8 and local bus routes. So we are easy to access wherever you are in the city.
