Run4It offers Monday run groups from both it's Glasgow stores (Bothwell Street in the City Centre and Giffnock). In the City Centre, the intervals-based group meets at the shop from 5.45pm (bag drop) for a 6pm run. In Giffnock, it's a 6pm meet-up for a 6.15pm run. Both groups usually run for around 45mins to 1hr.
We know intervals and focused training can be a bit daunting, so we will talk you through the aims of each session, then put it into practice, so you achieve your running goals. It’s free and all athletes are welcome (well, as long as you're 18 or over). The runs are supervised by qualified coaches or jog leaders who are on hand to offer running support. For more information or if you have any questions, ask in-store or contact the shops on 0141-221-4300 email: glasgowcity@run4it.com (Glasgow City) or 0141-638-3532 email: giffnock@run4it.com (Giffnock).
