Mount Vernon Runners is a free running group open to all ages and abilities, meeting on a Wednesday at 6.30pm in Mount Vernon Park

Whether your goal is to run 5k, 10k, a half marathon, a full marathon or just to gain some general fitness, the help you will receive here will help you to achieve that.
