I run yoga classes for beginners, those with a regular practice and for more advanced practitioners, so there is something for all. My aim is to help students connect with their breath and body, tune into what they are feeling and work on alignment, whilst keeping it fun and light! Come and join me on the mat!

Tuesday Beginners & Wednesday Dynamic Vinyasa classes are now held at Lucia's Loft, on Hope St, 6pm - 7pm.

Friday Strong Slow Flow runs 6pm-7.15pm, and Saturday Dynamic Vinyasa 10am - 11.15am both at Kelvinside Hillhead Church Hall.

Mum & Baby Yoga - Wednesdays 10am-11am at Kelvinside Hillhead Church Hall.
A class for mums & babies 6 weeks - 8 months. This is a safe and fun space for mums to bring along their little ones and with care, start to build strength back to their abdominal & pelvic floor muscles with gentle stretches & movement, as well as encouraging relaxation of mind & body. The class is very relaxed and an opportunity to meet other mums and bond with your baby! No experience of yoga is required.
