YogaBellies for Mum & Baby
Gentle postnatal yoga for you, giggly baby yoga for your little one, followed by tea, cake & chat.

Come and stretch off those achey new mummy muscles, build your strength again after pregnancy and introduce your little one to the calming effects of yoga.

Bearsden classes take place on Tuesday mornings, 10.30-11.30am and the Broomhill class takes place on Tuesday afternoons (1.45-2.45pm).

Classes are booked in 6-week blocks (£60). Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal or 8-10 weeks following a C-Section.
