St. Enoch Centre is helping shoppers get off to a healthy start this New Year with visits from not one, not two, but three of the world’s biggest names in health and fitness.
GB Olympic champion Tom Daley, Australian fitness guru Kayla Itsines and London based personal trainer and fitness model Zanna Van Dijk will each be visiting the Glasgow shopping centre this month to sign copies of their new health and fitness inspired books.
What better way to kick-off New Year’s resolutions than with the help of an Olympian athlete. Tom Daley will be making waves when he visits St. Enoch on Wednesday 11 January with copies of his new book, Tom’s Daily Plan. The cookbook and fitness guide features an array of easy to follow recipes, workouts and lifestyle tips from the British diving champion.
Social media sensation and founder of the world’s best fitness app, Kayla Itsines will be popping into the centre on Sunday 15 January to sign copies of her new book, The Bikini Body 28-Day Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Guide. The personal trainer, who is renowned for her admirable abs and client transformations, is inspiring girls all over the world to get fit with her BBG community which has more than 10.5million members including a BBG Scotland group, who will now have the opportunity to meet her.
Known for her delicious meal plans and hardcore workouts, Zanna Van Dijk will be visiting the centre to share some of the secrets in her new book, Strong, with fans the following week on Friday 20 January. Zanna is focused on a healthy approach to keeping fit and diet, something which she hopes to inspire others with through her new book.
Anne Ledgerwood, general manager at St. Enoch Centre, commented: “It’s going to be a busy few weeks in the centre as we kick-start our 2017 books signings and what a line-up we have. January is often about keeping fit and healthy and what better way to get motivated than with a team of experts.
“Entertainment is an important part of St. Enoch Centre’s offering and we are looking forward to another busy year with lots already planned for our shoppers and visitors to the city.”
