The Big Screen is Back as ODEON Luxe Glasgow Quay reopens today
As lockdown continues to ease, The Quay Glasgow is delighted to welcome back Scotland's largest ODEON Luxe cinema!

The cinema giant Odeon have been working hard behind the scenes to create a new safer cinema experience and are looking forward to welcoming guests back.
The new measures for a safer cinema experience include;
• Limited seats on sale for each show and guaranteed unoccupied seats between guests to meet social distancing requirements, whilst enabling family groups and social bubbles to sit together
• Staggered show start times to reduce queues, with safe queuing measures in place such as floor markings and cinema host support
• Newly serviced air conditioning that ensures fresh air is delivered into all screens
• Enhanced cleaning
ODEON Luxe promises a schedule of films that contains classics from the past and the present on the first few days of re-opening and customers can view the films screening and book tickets in advance at www.odeon.co.uk
In addition to the cinema re-opening, guests can also enjoy their favourites from Costa Coffee again as the café within the cinema will be open from 10am -5pm daily for the foreseeable future.
Gavin Forsyth, Deputy Manager at ODEON Luxe Glasgow Quay said: “My team and I are looking forward to welcoming our guests again after being closed for 119 days. All members of the team have been trained on the new safety and hygiene measures and the staff will be equipped with personal protective equipment.
We wish to reassure guests that staying safe is our key priority and the measures being implemented will be in place for their safety, well being and enjoyment.”
