Join Marie Curie on 23rd March, the first anniversary of the first UK lockdown, for a National Day of Reflection to reflect on our collective loss, support those who've been bereaved, and hope for a brighter future.
There are still tough times ahead, as the death toll continues to rise. This annual day will give us all time to pause and think about this unprecedented loss we're facing, and support each other through grief in the years to come.
Take a minute to reflect
Join our minute of silence at 12 noon, shine a light at 8pm or take a moment to reflect on the last year in your own way.
Take a moment to connect
Reach out to someone you know going through a bereavement by sending flowers, writing a card or having a chat.
Show your support
Create a colourful poster for your window or shine a light at 8pm to show your support on the National Day of Reflection.
