Geared towards children aged Primary 1 and older, Movement Park’s October week camps run from 10am-3pm daily from 16-20 October and promise action-packed activities that include parkour, skateboarding, ninja, and breakdancing. Basketball, team games and obstacle courses are also on offer throughout the week.
Based at Movement Park’s converted warehouse on South Street in Glasgow’s West End, the October week camps can be booked for individual days, starting from just £25 for members (£35 for non-members), or for the full week block.
Stephen Somerville, CEO and Founder of Movement Park said: “We’re excited to welcome children from Glasgow and the surrounding communities to join us for a week of sports, games, and movement fun this October. Our line-up has something for all children and abilities, so no experience is necessary to join in. We hope the upcoming camps will give kids a flavour of the competence and confidence needed to boost movement we champion here at Movement Park and provide them with the opportunity to enjoy physical activity while making new friends.”
Since opening in 2017, Movement Park has been working to enhance the lives of the local community through physical activity and play from its industrial converted warehouse in Whiteinch, Glasgow.
