Offering a brand-new, beautifully curated menu, alongside creative cocktails, fine wines and craft beers, the new festive menu is available to book now.
Launching from the 24th November, join Mamasan for a selection of wonderful dishes to embrace the festive season. Mamasan Bar and Brasserie are offering both two course (£32pp) and three course (£40pp) bespoke festive meals for guests, alongside a selection of festive drinks packages.
Start with options ranging from the Tom Yum Shrimp Cocktail with lime gel and brioche crouton, Thai Fried Chicken with wasabi sriracha caramel, Hoisin Duck Doughnut with cucumber ketchup and plumb jam or a traditional Chicken Noodle Broth with charred corn, spring onion and a hint of chilli oil. Enjoy a vegetarian alternative, Sweetcorn Fritter Veloute with pomegranate corn salsa and chilli salt.
Indulge in a range of main courses, serving Chilli Caramel Smoked Pork Belly with nasi goreng fried rice, fried hen egg and satay sauce, a special Lemongrass and Coconut Curry of Seabass accompanied by surf clams, water chestnuts lemongrass, kaffir lime and coconut velouté, a twist on a traditional Miso Roast Chicken Breast with thai lemongrass sausage stuffing, double roast potato, miso glazed carrot and charred savoy, Confit Peking Duck with pickled cucumber, miso glazed carrot and double roast potato. Veggies can opt for a Broccoli and Black Bean dish with black bean jus, ginger and broccoli purée and charred savoy.
Perfectly wrap up the festive dining experience with a treat of a beloved Sticky Toffee Pudding with poached asian pear and vanilla ice cream, or feast on a Blackcurrant and Cardamom Cheesecake accompanied with coconut ice cream.
New to 2023, Mamasan are offering a selection of Festive Packages to celebrate the season in style! Choose from two drinks tokens (£15pp), four drinks tokens (£30pp) or a bespoke drinks package, featuring beer buckets, bespoke cocktails, wine and champagne, all available on request.
