The Scottish Wedding Show, sponsored by James Porter & Son, will host many of the UK’s leading wedding suppliers under one roof, giving brides and grooms-to-be everything they need to plan their perfect day. This year, organisers QD Events are debuting the RAD Runway that will showcase the latest trends and wedding fashion from Scotland’s premier bridal and menswear boutiques.
In addition to weddingwear exhibitors, couples can explore everything from venues and entertainment to jewellery, photography, wedding transport and stationery at the SEC to bring their big day to life.
Speaking about the upcoming show, Nikki Stokoe, Portfolio Director at QD Events, said: “We are thrilled to be returning to the SEC this February and introducing our new RAD Runway to spotlight the fantastic weddingwear exhibitors Scotland has to offer. The Scottish Wedding Show might be the biggest wedding showcase in the country but that doesn’t mean we only cater to big weddings. The show can help plan all kinds of celebrations, with a wide range of exhibitors, both new and returning, that cater to different kinds of nuptials and budgets. Whether couples are newly engaged and looking for some inspiration, or they’re saying ‘I do’ in 2025 and need to nail down the final details, the show is the place to be.”
Lynsey Hewitson, Director of Weddings and Events at RAD Hotel Group, a collection of nine Scottish hotels, said: “We love connecting with the couples and bridal parties that come along to The Scottish Wedding Show to highlight our venues and their offerings, and we’re excited to be sponsoring the brand-new RAD Runway show. The Scottish Wedding Show is a great day out and it’s fantastic to be able to help so many couples plan their dream weddings – there’s really no better place if you’re a Scottish bride or groom-to-be.”
Back by popular demand, Q&A stage, Let’s Talk Tying the Knot, in association with Tie the Knot Scotland, will allow visitors to ask industry experts questions about all aspects of their big day throughout a curated programme of talks. The show’s Live Band Showcase sponsored by Hireaband also returns along with the VIP Lounge (for VIP ticket holders), and The Manorview Prosecco and Cocktail Bar hosted by Manorview Wedding Venues.
Couples or wedding parties who are looking to make their visit to the Scottish Wedding Show a truly unforgettable occasion can upgrade to VIP tickets for fast-track entry into the show where you can enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz in the comfort of the VIP Lounge. The VIP package also includes a seat in the front two rows of the RAD Runway show, a Clarins goody bag, plus the latest copy of Tie the Knot Scotland magazine.
Tickets are available to book online now from £17 for entry only and £30 for VIP tickets. RAD Runway tickets are available for £4, visitors must also hold a valid entry ticket.
