This three week course covers the basics of Zen teaching and practice and includes detailed instruction, a chance to try out Zen meditation and looks at how to get a regular meditation practice up and running. The course is offered both face to face and online (using zoom). The sessions will include:
Thursday 28th April: The basics of Zen practice and getting a regular practice established
Thursday 5th May: The challenges of Zen practice, what it has to offer and integrating practice into daily life
Thursday 12th May: Different types of Zen meditation practice, how they work and what they offer
