‘Zen and Everyday Life’ focuses on the ways in which Buddhist meditation practice can help us to face and respond to the many challenges we face every day. We’ll look at issues like: identifying and changing old habits, dealing with change and distraction and how we can respond more skilfully to problems that arise through the day.
Each session combines sitting meditation practice, along with a talk/teaching on a specific topic from the course and some time for questions and feedback. The course runs over 3 Thursday evenings starting on Thursday 24th September. Sessions run between 6.15 – 8.00pm.
