The Big Variety returns and as always our host with the most Alastar will be bringing some of his performing chums along with him to entertain you.
The Big Variety is an all new and inclusive monthly live cabaret show taking place on the second Friday of the month featuring some of the most iconic artists from across the performing spectrum, anything from Cabaret, Variety, Singing, Burlesque, Comedy, Magic, Drag and more. With a different lineup of local entertainers every month this sell-out show is a night not to be missed. Expect the unexpected as our host with the most tries to keep these fabulous acts in line. Some say our boy Alastar bears a striking similarity to Drag-Opticon's Alana Duvey but we'll let you be the judge of that... all we know is we've never seen them in the same room at the same time, just sayin'
This is a seated event and a safe, welcoming space for all in a stunning theatre style setting. The venue has a licensed bar and a warm, relaxed atmosphere but can get very chilly on cold nights so please wrap up warm.
The Big Variety contributes to the conservation of the World's oldest surviving Music Hall, the Britannia Panopticon, where legendary comedian Stan Laurel made his stage debut. By purchasing a ticket you are also supporting this wonderful venue and local performers.
