How to Deal With Difficult People ~ Meditation Course
Dealing with people is such a big part of our lives. So, what happens when we find others difficult to live or work with. So often our priorities differ, our opinions clash, conflicts can build, and we can feel like another person is making us stressed and miserable.
Dealing with those whom we perceive as difficult becomes an amazing opportunity to transform adverse conditions into our own spiritual development. Through meditation we can learn how to keep our cool and respond in a more constructive and balanced way. Tension lifts and a relaxed confidence arises in its place. Practising the meditation techniques taught on this course will give us the freedom to be at peace regardless of how others behave. How wonderful!
Everyone welcome.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
