Learn to Meditate Workshop with Buddhist nun Kelsang Gakyi
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If we practise meditation we will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind and much of our usual problems will fall away. We will experience less stress, worry, and anxiety, as well as reduced irritation, anger and frustration.
On this course there will be two sessions of teachings and guided meditations covering the how, when and why of meditation. Get yourself set up to maintain a regular meditation practice with this practical advice.
A perfect introduction or refresher!
