A generously sized lounge in an old merchant villa provides a beautiful, unique and calming backdrop for a varying Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow! Sessions are designed to improve strength and flexibility, focus the mind and more importantly, bring a smile to your face! Expect to perfect sun salutations, alignment of core standing and seated postures, as well as exploring peak poses and a juicy savasana!
A community based class welcoming all ages and levels. For now, 8 spaces are available so ensure everyone has enough comfortable space around their mat.
Class booking + attendance is £7 and can be paid in person or via PayPal with this booking, subject to booking fee.
Classes run by Scarlett Williams, founder of we.yoga. we.yoga, offers pop-up yoga classes and events in Glasgow West End and City Centre. we.yoga is a fun and creative response to our somewhat busy and technology driven lifestyles, encouraging the use of the wonderful and unique spaces that ready exist in cities which we seldom get to explore. Combing art, architecture and yoga, we.yoga aims to unify wellness and physical activity with an appreciation of our urban environment, unlocking a new experience of our collective and individual yoga space.
