It is a three-hours mini retreat dedicate to you and your well-being. We will start with some gentle yoga to gently connect with our bodies, we will explore our own inner flow with some free movement to then express it via visual art.
The retreat is designed to meet you at “where you are at” and you don't need to worry if you don't have previous experience of art or yoga, you are an experienced human being and that's all you need. Everyone is welcomed.
What to expect:
- Gentle yoga to ground ourselves into our present experience
- Movement activity combined with visual art / expression to get in touch with our inner creative flow
- Reflection space and mindfulness exercise to embrace our flow
- A friendly atmosphere. You are welcomed for who you are
- Some delicious snacks and refreshments
The event will take place at Hope Studio Yoga (93 Hope Street, Suite 289, 3rd Floor, Glasgow)
It is a collaboration between ARTernative (@Arternativeway) and Hope Studio Yoga (@hopestudioyoga).
Looking forward to host this space for you
