What to Wear & Bring:
- If you are new to the dance style, please arrive on time as we cover the basic footwork in the first 15 mins and you will need that in order to do the rest of the class
- Please bring your own water bottle. There is a sink where you can refill
- Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in.
- Shoes wise we do not recommend heels; comfortable, supportive flats that are not too grippy on the sole are best so you can spin easier.
- Bring friends or come yourself - you do not need a partner as we have partner rotation in our classes
Travel Info:
- Drivers, all parking south of Rose Street is free after 6pm. Please don't park immediately around the venue as that is permit holders only
- Cowcaddens subway station is just a 2 minute walk away
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
