Social pace trail runs for runners who are building their confidence off road, want to explore new trails, and meet other runners.
The Magnificent 11 route links three local nature reserves, two city parks, two farms and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. We'll start at Linn Park, and visit King's Park, Cathkin Braes and Cathkin Marsh Wildlife Reserve.
We'll run at a steady pace (approx 10 minutes per mile or 6 minutes per km) but no one will get left behind, and we'll have breaks to re-group and refuel.
This guided run is for those who are new to trail running or running off road but can already run 10km at a relaxed pace on roads. Check out other guided runs on offer: https://skylarkguiding.co.uk/trail-running-glasgow/
