Auction House Scotland - Property Masterclass

About Auction House Scotland - Property Masterclass

Unfortunately, Tatyana Stefanova can no loner join us, but we have another fantastic speaker joining us to chat about the topic of finance - Michael Lennie!

Join us for our final Property Masterclass of the year!

As usual, we have a fantastic line-up of guest speakers coming along to give talks on various aspects of the property industry, and they're eager to meet and network with you!

Whatever your level of experience within property, our Masterclass events offer you the opportunity to gain some valuable insights into a range of areas within the industry and make some brilliant connections in the Scottish property network, too.

For our December event, we'll be exploring property development, hearing from a chartered surveyor and getting tips on how investors and developers can secure finance.

Our guest speakers are:

> Andrew Harkins & Chris Brown - Owners of Brightstone Property

Good friends Andrew and Chris started Brightstone Property in August 2020 doing a mix of flips and buy to let’s before pivoting into commercial property at the start of this year. Since then, they’ve completed on a mixed use “shop and top” purchased from Auction House Scotland, and have just started their first 7000sqft commercial multiple occupancy building in Falkirk.
Chris and Andrew will be covering their journey in property development and investment with project case studies.

> Gosia Kilpatrick - Associate Partner at Graham & Sibbald
Gosia is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in residential survey and valuation. She started working in property management in 2008 in Glasgow, and in 2014, completed her Master’s degree in Real Estate at the University of Glasgow and started her career in valuation.
Following a period of working in Dubai, where she was responsible for residential valuations, Gosia joined Graham + Sibbald in 2018 in Glasgow and is responsible for various valuation projects across the West of Scotland.
She is also overlooking and managing RICS APC process for students and graduates within the Graham + Sibbald Residential team. Supporting junior colleagues in their aspiration to graduate from Real Estate (or equivalent) degree and become a chartered surveyor.

> Michael Lennie - Specialist Finance Broker at GO Financial Services
Michael has spent the last three years helping dozens of clients grow their buy-to-let portfolios and finance flips, conversions and developments, enabling them to achieve their goals in property with financial solutions. As a business, GO Financial Services broker tens of millions of pounds in lending each year, UK wide, across several different areas of finance.

Following their presentations, our guest speakers will be there to network giving you the chance to quiz them on their areas of expertise. There will also be the opportunity to network with fellow attendees at the event, so you can share your troubles and triumphs in property, and ultimately learn from each other's experiences.

Our Property Masterclass event is FREE to attend, however numbers are strictly limited and spaces usually fill up fast, so please make sure you reserve a ticket today to secure your place. Our last Property Masterclass of 2023 is sure to be the best one yet!
