Marc and Emma Lorente: Entrepreneurs, Property Sourcers, Developers & Investors Based in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, husband and wife team Marc & Emma Lorente invested in self development and training with Paul McFadden Wealth before deciding to leave their Police careers and follow their passion in property development. Between them and their business partners, they have several businesses including an SA management company and their Murotex company who are the suppliers to the UK & Ireland of the Italian Isotex ICF building blocks. > Tony Gilbertson: CEO of Signature Property Finance Ltd Tony is an experienced financier, with over 30 years’ experience of the property finance market. He worked for a major high street bank holding several lending roles in a managerial capacity, including as a regional underwriter, concentrating predominately on real estate lending. He also has many subsequent years practical experience as both a property developer and commercial finance broker. Drawing on his previous experiences within the industry, Tony decided to become the ‘lender’ and he subsequently established Signature Property Finance in 2012. Signature is a principal bridging and development lender, currently headquartered near Cardiff, Wales. Jerry began his property journey with a few residential investments, carrying out refurbishments and letting the units for cashflow. He then began to realise the advantages of commercial property investment, and made the first commercial acquisition 20 years ago. He has since developed a substantial portfolio of commercial real estate including self storage, office space, leisure, flexspace and industrial. He has also grown a consultancy side of his business, helping other residential property investors move into commercial property investment.

Fife based property developer Linda has been flipping residential property for a decade, and has recently decided to diversify her portfolio to enter into the world of commercial property.
