In this workshop we will talk about various ways you can relieve stress using herbs, foods and simple movements. Participants will plant their own herbal tea to take away with them.
We encourage reusing and upcycling therefore we ask all participants to kindly bring 4 empty toilet roll tubes with them to use as plant pots.
This workshop is part of Plant & Share month, which is part of Food for Life Get Togethers and The Soil Association.
The event is free but there is a £6.50 booking fee which gets you a hot drink and cake.
Movement in Thyme is a non-profit social enterprise and a chapter of Herbalists without Borders. Our aim is to bring the healing power of herbs, movement and nature to everyone. We run workshops for community groups, corporate groups, hen and birthday parties, re:wild outdoor club for children and run regular solidarity medicine making workshops.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
