Entry is free and guests can enjoy great food, music, cocktails, and a spot of people watching as the Terrace sets the scene for the weekend ahead. Princes Square is home to Barca; Cranachan; Everyman; Il Pavone; NY Grill, October; Tinderbox and Zizzi’s and you can enjoy the very best in food and drink while you catch up with colleagues and friends and enjoy listening to some tunes from our resident DJ, Lee Watson.
Live music will be provided by Glasgow’s finest, Lee Watson, who will be on the wheels of steel. For Lee, it’s all about mood and playing those tracks that get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without realising it, regardless of genre, tempo or style! Lee was brought up soul, funk and reggae from his father’s record collection and is a huge fan of hip hop. Lee has played The Riverside Festival and supported Huey Morgan at last year’s Playground Festival. This year his residencies include Princes Square and Platform and he’ll be supporting the likes of The Wailers, Gilles Peterson and Craig Charles at this Summer’s Junction 1 festival in July.
With over 25 retailers and 12 eateries, Princes Square is Glasgow’s premier retail and leisure destination. Located in the heart of the city’s bustling Buchanan Street, the centre provides a shopping haven to lovers of high street and designer fashion, beauty, jewellery, homewares and lifestyle brands while its wide range of bars, restaurants and cafes offers something for every palate.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
