Head to Festival Village before catching your favourite international artists for face-painting, themed cocktail specials such as the Paolo Martini and TRNSMT playlists to get you suitably hyped.
The TRNSMT Festival takes place Friday 8th – Sunday 10th July 2022, with headliners Paolo Nutini, The Strokes and Lewis Capaldi sure to bring the house down. Festival Village will be open 11am-10pm all weekend, and its location in Merchant City means it’s just a short stroll away from the festival at Glasgow Green. At Festival Village, the weekend will kick off on Friday with a live Heverlee mural installation, joining the venue’s already impressive portfolio of murals and quirky décor.
Get the TRNSMT look all weekend – Festival Village’s face painters will have brushes, paints and glitter at the ready from 12pm – 5pm Friday - Sunday. Pre-drinks don’t come much better than delicious cocktail specials - cheekily named after your favourite artists. You’ll also be able to release some of that pent-up festival excitement by playing competitive lawn games with ya pals. Even if you don’t have festival tickets, you can still soak up the atmosphere at Festival Village with a themed playlist featuring the TRNSMT line-up. With scrumptious street food specials available all weekend, Festival Village’s TRNSMT Festival Pre-party is second only to the festival itself.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
