Join Hot Yoga Glasgow on the first and third Sunday of every month for a pregnancy yoga class to nurture your body and empower you for the incredible experience of giving birth.

The physical practice of Yoga will help to keep your body strong and flexible and should help create space for you to connect with the life growing inside you.
You will also learn and most importantly practice breathing techniques that can be highly beneficial through out your pregnancy and birth.
The final part of the class will involve creating a positive mindset around the birthing process and we will utilise meditation and Yoga Nidra to bring in deep relaxation and let go of fear.
Our hope is that these classes will make you feel empowered and give you a tool -kit and a practice you can lean into when birth begins.
