Women-only trail run for runners who are building their confidence off road, want to explore the trails somewhere new, and meet other runners.
Embrace the darker evenings and discover the joys of night trail running. This relaxed paced run is a way to try running with a head torch with tips and advice on running after dark on trails.
We'll run at a social pace so that no one gets left behind, with lots of breaks to catch our breath and chat.
This guided run is for those who are new to trail running or running off road but can already run 5km at a relaxed pace (on roads).
The run will be led by experienced and qualified guide Gaby Macbeth of Skylark Guiding Ltd who will look after route finding and the safety of the group.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
