Since delivering the sell-out Glasgow Guitar Show in 2022 we are delighted to be bringing you the Glasgow Guitar 2024 Show, now in the heart of City Centre for the first time!
Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this event is perfect for all guitar enthusiasts. Join us for live performances, workshops, gear demos, and more. Meet fellow guitar lovers, check out the latest gear, and maybe even score some sweet deals. Don't miss out on this ultimate guitar experience in Glasgow!
We are absolutely thrilled that guitarist, singer song-writer and online personality Sophie Burrell will bejoining us on both days in collaboration with D'Addario.
Music Broadcasters and Journalists Muriel Gray and Billy Sloan will be joining us to share some stories from their decades of experience in and around the music business.
To close the show, Jools and Dante from Glasgow's very own GUN will be performing an optional, ticketed acoustic set. Tickets are limited for this optional event and are open for purchase only to show attendees.
The main focus for Friday will be learning with workshops and masterclasses the main theme. These will cover different styles of playing, maintenance and modifications and the role the guitar can play in song-writing. There will be special "closed"events running for schools and also open sessions for all ages of guitar players attending. with workshops and masterclasses the main theme. There will also be live performances and prizes to be won.
Saturday will have lots of live performances and interviews. Over the two days there will be product showcases and lots of expertise on hand from experienced tutors and product experts from D'Addario and other leading guitar and equipment brands to give you tips and answer your questions. We are planning to cover as many genres of music and styles of playing as we can.
There will be lots of guitars and guitar related products on show as well as as a Trader Zone with pre-loved guitars and equipment. There will also be some fantastic original guitar art on offer.
This event sold out last time around in 2022 so make sure you book your ticket early!
