5k City Run with Post Yin Yoga Release Class
Join Emily and Laura, yoga teachers from The Kali Collective as they take on a 5k run/jog to and from The Kali Collective Yoga Studio with a post-run yin release class!
About 5k City Run with Post Yin Yoga Release Class
We will meet at the Studio at 1pm, and conquer our run before meeting back at the Studio. We will share the route beforehand so you are familiar. You can pace this as you like and set lots of time aside, so there is no pressure to hit a certain pace, you can walk if you like or go for a PB! After our run, we will have an hour yin release class which is designed to rejuvenate you! If you wish to stay after class, we will have tea/coffee and some refreshments. Homebaked goods are welcome and encouraged! We anticipate to wrap up by 3:30pm.
Investment: £15
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
