Renowned vocal ensemble iuchair’s new concert programme pairs two masterpieces of French medieval and modern polyphony: Guillaume de Machaut’s Messe de Nostre Dame and Francis Poulenc’s Quatre petites prières de Saint François d’Assisse. Come hear Machaut’s chaotic counterpoint complemented by the luxuriant close harmony of Poulenc in what will prove to be a rich and diverse programme of incredible music.
