The Alexander Technique is a method of self-development which teaches you skills that will help you rediscover your natural ease and freedom of movement; often leading to significant improvements in health, general well-being, functioning and performance.
During this 8-week course you will engage in a fun, practical and effective way of learning the Alexander Technique; participants will engage in group activities and discussions as well as individual lessons with the teacher, Sue Barclay.
People of all ages from different walks of life can benefit from learning the simple principles of Alexander’s work, finding many diverse ways of integrating this practical knowledge into their everyday lives and specialist activities.
