The arrival of a new baby can turn your world upside down and now more than ever it is essential that you devote a little time each week to yourself. The RSNO Buggy Choir is the perfect way to do this, with no need to find childcare.
At our weekly singing session, new parents can join together in a relaxed environment, with babies in tow, to enjoy the health and wellbeing benefits of singing.
Group singing is proven to boost emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as improve confidence and mood.
Join us on Tuesday afternoons at the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow.
The sessions are open to all parents/carers of babies under 1 year. Forget nursery rhymes and children’s songs, the music we sing will be chosen to appeal to the grown-ups in the room (but we’re sure the babies will enjoy listening too!)
To register your interest, please visit rsno.org.uk/buggy or for more details, email email@example.com If you would like to support the project, there will be a £5 suggested donation that you can pay on arrival in cash or by card.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates. All information (whether in text or photographs) is supplied in good faith but should not be relied upon as being a statement of representation or fact.
