Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing
These free mindfulness classes at Cloud Water Zen Centre will offer some simple but effective mindfulness techniques to help you manage your everyday life.
About Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing
We are offering free Mindfulness classes in May and June. Classes are designed to improve health and general wellbeing and offer a range of simple activities to do this. Classes are open to everyone and it’s all free.
Starts: Monday 13th May (runs between May 13th and June 24th)
Times: 4.30 - 5.45pm
Location: Cloud Water Zen Centre (82, Mitchell St, Glasgow G1 3NA)
We can also help people with travel costs (bus or train travel etc.). Simply bring a travel ticket or receipt for your journey and we will be happy to help with travel money. For more information, please contact: info.cloudwaterzen@gmail.com or call: 07432 014620.
