Spring Equinox is a time of renewal and rebirth - the tipping point of light returning and rising out of the darkness. Kundalini Yoga rebirthing kriyas are a deeply cleansing and effective way to awaken your inner strength and vitality, breath by breath. An exact, dynamic combination of postures, movement, breath, sound and meditation.
Join this session to shake off sluggish metabolism and the remnants of old emotions and habits that may be holding you back. When our energy flow is continuous and clear, we feel lighter, more creative, playful and radiant.
The idea of rebirthing is to release the subconscious – the storehouse of misery. In this session you’ll experience the technology of Kundalini Yoga rebirthing with gong to de-clutter the mind and peel off the layers. Heal the pain of the past and overcome the obstacles to true happiness.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion/light blanket for comfort. All bodies welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.
About the teacher:
