Join us to explore the world of wild edibles in the landscape of RSPB Scotland Loch Lomond.
Join our experienced guide for this taste walk where you'll learn the art of identifying, harvesting, and incorporating wild ingredients into your cooking.
Discover wild edibles and indulge in pre-prepared, tasters made with the ingredients we encounter.
At the end of the walk we'll enjoy a taste of a freshly prepared vegetarian curry using some of the ingredients we've learned about on the day.
Beyond the flavours, you'll gain valuable knowledge on the benefits and uses of these elements from nature.
Take home a collection of recipes, encouraging you to recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
This event is an outdoor event, so remember to dress appropriately with sturdy shoes for a comfortable exploration of the reserve.
