Heartland is a joint exhibition by artists Julia Jeffrey and Rebecca Scott. Julia and Rebecca have drawn inspiration from the folklore and magical history of central Scotland; particularly around Ayrshire and Renfrewshire, where they both grew up, and currently live and work. Working in pencil and mixed media including inks and acrylics, Julia and Rebecca have created new work for this special exhibition. The artists have exhibited together in group shows previously, but this marks their first exhibition as a pair.
