‘Inheritance’ is the autobiographical account of two siblings growing up in Pollok in the 1980s and 90s. It is a social commentary on class, identity, language, poverty, the tribalism of gang culture, loss, and resilience in the face of adversity.
This isn’t your usual coming-of-age narrative, it’s a completely unique and honest perspective, finding humour and redemption in the darkest places from the interwoven experiences of two people who have lived it, and survived to tell the story.
Created and performed by Lorna Callery-Sithole.
BSL Interpreted.
Suitable for audiences aged 18+.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
