Welcome to the Calm Club Summer Camp, where children aged between 5 and 8 will embark on a journey of fun, creativity, and mindfulness!
About Calm Kids Club
Our camp offers a unique blend of activities designed to nurture your child's body, mind, and spirit. Each day is filled with engaging yoga sessions, creative arts and crafts, and interactive storytelling that foster physical health, emotional well-being, and social skills.
Led by Jennifer Clark, a certified kids and family yoga instructor with years of experience, our camp provides a safe and supportive environment where every child feels valued and inspired. Children will enjoy playful yoga poses that enhance flexibility and strength, imaginative storytelling that promotes mindfulness and empathy, and calming breathing exercises that teach relaxation and focus.
Our holistic approach includes hands-on lunch preparation, encouraging teamwork and healthy eating habits, as well as creative writing and journaling activities that spark imagination and self-expression. Parents can stay connected through our exclusive WhatsApp group, receiving photo and video updates throughout the day.
